Under the Fig. was born from a decade of dedication to the hospitality industry, turning founder Gabriel’s dream into reality. Having worked as both a front and back of house for over a decade, Gabriel understands every aspect of the culinary experience, from the artistry behind the dishes to the seamless service that brings people together. His deep passion for food and hospitality is the driving force behind everything we do.


With a commitment to exceptional quality and service, Under the Fig. blends modern Australian cuisine with the rich influences of our diverse backgrounds—drawing from South-East Asian, Italian and Hispanic flavours to create dishes that are both vibrant and memorable.
